Eric Schaer has been associated with Kaplan Levenson P.C. since 2001. Prior to joining Kaplan Levenson, P.C., he was an associate in the litigation department with Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla, P.C. in Middletown, New Jersey.
Mr. Schaer’s practice focuses on business and commercial litigation and appellate practice involving contract and business disputes, employment matters, intellectual property, real estate, securities law and commercial foreclosure.
